Өнөөдрөөс аймгийн ЗДТГ-ын “Нэг цонхны үйлчилгээ”-нд Төрийн албаны ерөнхий шалгалтын бүртгэлийг эхлүүллээ.
Бүртгэл энэ сарын 30 хүртэл үргэлжилнэ. Шалгалт 11 дүгээр сарын 11-25-нд улс даяар болох бөгөөд аймаг бүрт болох шалгалтын хуваарийг удахгүй батлах ажээ. Төрийн албаны ерөнхий шалгалтын хуваарь, дүрэм, журмыг Төрийн албаны зөвлөлийн 2019 оны 3 дугаар сарын 25-ны өдрийн 15 дугаар тогтоолоор баталжээ. Үүний дагуу шалгалт авна. Энэ жилээс төрийн албаны шалгалт нь ерөнхий болон тусгай гэсэн хоёр удаа болно. Өмнө нь зөвхөн нэг удаа шалгалт өгөөд Төрийн албанд орох болон нөөцөнд нь бүртгэгддэг байсан бол Төрийн албаны тухай хуулиар хоёр удаа болгон өөрчилжээ.
Төрийн албаны шалгалтыг Монгол Улсын иргэн, дээд боловсролтой, Эрүүгийн хуульд заасан авлига, албан тушаалын гэмт хэрэг үйлдэж шүүхээр ял шийтгүүлж байгаагүй, сэтгэцийн өвчин эмгэггүй, цэргийн алба хаасан, тэтгэвэр тогтоолгох насанд хүрээгүй байх зэрэг хэд, хэдэн шалгуурыг хангасан тохиолдолд өгч болох юм.
